Payload checklist

  • CHAT_APP_VARIANT=employee when starting the Jasser Knows service.
  • Require a numeric user_id that maps to your HRIS or directory employee id.
  • Set allow_generated_id to false for audit compliance.
  • Include direction to support bilingual workspaces.

Launch the live widget

Enter the employee’s numeric user id. The launcher keeps the iframe hidden until a valid integer is supplied so only authenticated staff can query the internal persona.

Mirror your identity provider’s numeric staff id (positive integer only).

Embed telemetry

Use the log to confirm the widget acknowledges the payload and to troubleshoot production environments where origins or ids may differ.
